Cancelation Policy

-Haircuts require a 24 hour notice

-Color and treatment services require a 48 hour notice

-No call no shows and appointments cancelled without proper notice will be charged a 50% rebooking fee.

I use Redken, L’Oreal, Schwarzkof and Pulp Riot for all color services. I use

Shu Uemura, and Kerastase for styling.

Parking

There are street meters on Hermosa Ave. If you have a long appointment I HIGHLY recommend parking at the YELLOW capped meters that take up to 24 hours of time. Please advise all street signs. There is also a paid parking lot across the street on 11th st and a structure on 13th.

What if im running late?

Please please please contact me if you are running late. 15 minutes or more will require a rescheduling as well as a 50% service charge. I do this to ensure equal booking opportunity and service quality for all clients. You can call the salon @ (310) 921-8405
